Who gives the injections at Simply Tox?
Every neurotoxin treatment—Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport, or Daxxify—is administered by a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of injection experience. Our nurses work closely with our medical director to provide safe, precise results.
What does my monthly Tox Bank contribution cover
Your monthly payment goes straight into your Tox Bank and converts into a set number of units at your locked-in rate. Those units are prepaid:
You do not pay again for those units when you use them.
At your appointment, we simply draw from your banked units.
If your treatment requires more units than you’ve saved, you can purchase additional units at your Tox Bank discounted rate during the visit.
How does the Tox Bank help me save?
Instead of paying one large bill every few months, you spread out the cost while locking in our best pricing:
Units accumulate in your Tox Bank as long as you continue contributing.
You use them when you’re ready for your next appointment.
Any extra units needed beyond what you’ve banked are still discounted compared to standard pricing.
It’s predictable, budget-friendly, and keeps you on track with your treatment plan.
Do unused units expire?
Yes—but with plenty of flexibility.
While you keep your Tox Bank active, your banked units stay available.
If you stop contributing or close your Tox Bank, any remaining units will stay in your account for 12 months from your cancellation/last contribution date.
After 12 months of inactivity, any unused units will expire.
This way you’re not rushed, but there’s still a clear window to use what you’ve saved.
Can I pause my Tox Bank?
Yes. Life happens—we get it.
You can pause your Tox Bank for 1–3 consecutive months. Just give us written notice at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
While paused, you won’t be charged and will not accumulate new units.
Any units you’ve already banked remain available.
If you decide to fully close your Tox Bank while on pause, the 12-month expiration rule for unused units will apply from the date of closure/last contribution.
