Do my banked units expire?
Your units never expire while you have an active membership. If you cancel your membership, any unused units must be used within 30 days of your cancellation date—after that, they will expire.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes! You can pause your membership for 1–3 months in a row if needed for travel, medical reasons, or other personal circumstances. Requests must be made in writing at least 5 business days before your next billing date. No new units will accrue during the pause, but your existing banked units remain available (and still follow the 30-day expiration rule if you cancel while paused).
