Who gives the injections at Simply Tox?
Every neurotoxin treatment—Botox, Jeuveau, or Daxxify—is administered by a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 2 years of injection experience. Our nurses work closely with our medical director to provide safe, precise results.
What does my monthly membership fee cover?
Your payment each month secures a set number of units at the locked-in $7.99 member rate. These units are prepaid, so you don’t pay again when you use them. If your treatment needs more than you’ve saved, extra units are just $8.99 each.
How does the Unit Banking system help me save?
Instead of paying in one lump sum, you save units monthly at our best rate:
Units accumulate and carry over while your membership is active.
Use them when you’re ready for your next appointment.

Do unused units roll over?
Yes—As long as your membership stays active, your banked units stay safe. If you decide to end your membership, you’ll have 30 days from your cancellation date to use any remaining units before they’re removed from your account.
Is it possible to put my membership on hold?
Absolutely. You can place your membership on hold for anywhere from one to three consecutive months if life gets busy or you need a break. Just give us written notice at least five business days before your upcoming billing date. While on hold, you won’t collect new units, but any you’ve already banked will still be available (subject to the same 30-day rule if you cancel during the pause).
